Born in Germany and raised in Ghana and France, Sheila Single embarked upon fashion design at Studio Berçot which launched her creativity working as a design assistant and accessories designer for Sonia Rykiel and Christian Lacroix.

She began her editorial career as a contributor for Purple Fashion.  Since then, Sheila’s work has been featured in international magazines such as Ten+, i-D, Teen Vogue, Vogue China, Vogue India and Flair.

Sheila has worked closely with leading edge photographers such as Anuschka Blommers & Niels Schumm, Javier Vallhonrat, Katja Rahlwes, John Scarisbrick, Thomas Nutzl, Patric Shaw, Jacob Sutton, Mariano Vivanco, Sophie Delaporte and Cometti..

Among her world-wide commercial clients that request Sheila’s time is Versace, Nike, Le Bon Marche, Rolex, Daimler, Revlon, L’Oreal, Montblanc and Perriet et Jouet.

Sheila Single is currently based in Paris.
