Since the mid-eighties,
Alice Ghendrih has worked as a prominent makeup artist in Paris.
Drawing her inspiration from various media, including cinema, painting,
and graphic arts, Alice’s creative work has been published in magazines
such as Vogue (Italian, French, British, German, Spanish
and Japanese versions), Numéro, V Magazine, Flair,
Egoïste, W, Italian Glamour, Elle (French and
British versions), Citizen K, The Face, Dutch,
Arena and The New York Times Magazine.
She has collaborated with a wide array of talented photographers
such as Miles Aldridge, Eric Traoré, Solve Sundsbo, Sofia & Mauro,
Javier Vallhonrat, Satoshi, Karen Collins, Michaelangélo Di Battista,
Paolo Roversi, Sarah Moon and Donna Trope.
Alice has contributed to various ad campaigns, including L’Oréal,
Chanel, Lancôme, Christian Lacroix, Yojhi Yamamoto, Cerruti, Moschino,
Hermès, Valentino, Yves Saint Laurent, Nina Ricci, Sonia Rykiel,
Paul Smith, Anna Molinari, Emanuel Ungaro, Armani, Kenzo, Roberto
Cavalli, Fendi, Manifesto by Isabella Rosselini, Hugo Boss, Oil
of Olay, Boots n°7 and Rimmel.
Alice also had the pleasure of working with film directors such
as Wong Kar Waï, Robert Altman, Cédric Klapish, David Lynch
and Tony Kaye.
