Born and raised in Hawaii, Jay Zukerkorn spent most of his formative years with a camera in his hand. While in high school, Jay worked with Hawaii's only commercial photographer. He spent his summers working at photo labs and shooting pictures of tourists embarking on cruises. After high school, Jay moved to Pasadena, CA, to attend the Art Center College of Design where he received a BFA in Art Photography.

As a still-life photographer, Jay Zukerkorn's advertising clients include Shiseido, Aveda, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Oil of Olay, Gucci, Jill Stuart, Aldo Shoes, Le Sport Sac, Energy Brands, Martha Stewart, Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom. His editorial clients include Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Men's Health, One Media, Twice and Arude.

When not in the studio, Jay likes to spend his free time on the greens working on his handicap.

Jay currently lives in New York.
