FAQ’s
My old user id and password are not functioning; do I need to re-register for access to the new database?
All user ids have been changed to the users first and last name and passwords have remained the same. If you continue to have log in problems please send an email with your name, company, address, phone number, fax number, email address and new password to synd@jedroot.com for confirmation of account details and your account will be reset.

How do I search the database?
We have switched to an interactive database and you can now search for artwork using 3 different methods. You can use the tabs on the left had side to search by First Name of Subject or Category or you can type a Keyword* into the keyword search box.
*Please note that in order to narrow down your keyword search you will need to use quotation marks around specific names.
E.g. A keyword search for Kate will yield all images that have been associated with that name tag. A keyword search for “Kate Winslet” will result in only images of Kate Winslet.
Are mock up images available?
Yes, you are now able to download mock up files directly from the database. First, add the images to your shopping cart. Then you can either download a batch onto your desktop as a zip file or you can download each image individually. Images in higher resolution are not available without confirmation of a sale.
How does the shopping cart function?
The shopping cart feature is simple to use. You can browse through the database and save all images that you are interested in by clicking on the “add to shopping cart” button. When you are finished browsing, click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner and you can either download mock up files or send an email inquiry. |
